Shop policies for Bapst Handpan
Article 1 – Legal notice
The Bapst Handpan website (https://bapst-handpan.com and hosted by Ionos 1&1) is operated by Le Monde d’Isis (SARL), with a capital of €300, registered with the RCS under number 90139201900021, whose registered office is located at 157 Allée des Azalées, 01330 Villars-les-Dombes.

Article 2 – Products and services
Bapst Handpan offers for sale:
- Handpan instruments.
- Handpan accessories.
- Training related to the handpan.
Photographs of the products are non-contractual.
Article 3 – Orders
Orders can be placed directly via the website. Payment validates the order, subject to product availability. An order confirmation is sent by e-mail.
Article 4 – Rates
The prices indicated on the website are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs, when applicable, are specified at checkout.
Article 5 – Payment
The accepted methods of payment are:
- PayPal.
- Stripe (including all credit cards accepted by Stripe).
- Google Pay.
- Apple Pay.
Payment is secured by partner platforms.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided when ordering using FedEx.
Upon receipt of the package, the customer must check the condition of the package.
- If the package is damaged, it must be refused.
- If a damaged package is accepted, damage to the products will not be covered by Bapst Handpan.
Delivery times are indicated on the product sheets
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the receipt of the products.
Return shipping costs are covered by Bapst Handpan.
Exceptions:
- In the event of a return for change of mind, the reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- In the event of out-of-warranty reconnection, the return and reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 8 – Guarantees and complaints

Tuning problems:
- If a tuning problem is found within 14 days of receipt, contact us for a free warranty service.
- After this period, the reconnection will be invoiced between €50 and €200 including VAT, shipping costs to be paid by the customer.

Legal warranty:
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. -
Return Shipping: The return costs are covered by Bapst Handpan in the event of a defect covered by the warranty (tuning problem, product return within 14 days). In any other case, the costs are borne by the customer
Article 9 – Limitation of liability
Bapst Handpan cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the products or their maintenance not in accordance with the recommendations.
Article 10 – Personal data
The personal data collected is used only for order management and after-sales service and will not be passed on to third parties who do not work for Bapst Handpan. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his data.

Article 11 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Otherwise, the competent courts will be those of the company’s registered office. That is to say the court of Trévoux.
Article 12 – Modification of the T&Cs
Bapst Handpan reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time of the order.
